It was written by Franke Previte. When Franke Previte wrote this song he was not popular and he did not have a lot of money. After writing this story he became a overnight success he had hit the sweet spot. He sold 50 million copies of that song and won Oscars in Hollywood. In the movie this song starts when Jennifer gray jumps in to Patrick Swayze. This song has many times been in the top 100 songs and has had a few remix made out of. Franke is not a spoiled celebrity he lives a good life in New Jersey with his family and teaches young song writes to do a better job. Some say that Franke needs to give the song rights to the singers. They say that he does not deserve all the money he got for the little he did. I disagree he still did a lot and the singers are probably already rich. This is one of the best songs ever.
